A smartwatch or smart watch, alternatively known as a watch phone, is a computerized wristwatch with functionality enhanced beyond timekeeping, often with features comparable to a PDA. While early models were capable of performing basic tasks like calculations, translations, or playing games, modern smartwatches are effectively wearable computers.
The emerging wearable computing market, in the form of smartwatches and smart glasses, has proven to developers and manufacturers that consumers are seeking to make data creation and consumption even more convenient than it already is.

WINDOWS 8 REVIEW
Wednesday, 8 May 2013
Microsoft has long dominated the desktop and laptop markets with its
Windows operating system, but things have started to change; Apple has
started to gain market share with its Macs, while tablets, led by the
iPad, have started to eat into the traditional PC’s dominance. It’s
clear, then, that Microsoft has to change to keep up and that’s where
Windows 8 comes in: it's an OS designed for traditional desktops and
tablets alike.
Windows 8 now has two interfaces. So, as well as the Desktop view that we’ve all come to know and love, there's also the Metro interface, with its Live Tiles.

NOKIA LUMIA 800 REVIEW
Tuesday, 30 April 2013
The physical appearance of the Nokia Lumia 800 is a dream to observe and handle, with its smooth curves fitting snugly to the hand both with and without the protective case provided in the purchase packaging.
Nokia has worked very hard on the unibody design here, using top-mounted flaps to cover the charging port and SIM slot, but sadly leaving the battery inaccessible.
